The area, the southernmost in the South American continent, is a country of incredible beauty with some of the most breathtaking landscapes on earth. Jules Verne brought worldwide fame to Patagonia in his novels. I have long dreamed of painting these mountains in an unusual style. And I did it. I used this textural writing style and gave the unusual and grandeur of this mountain range. These Mountains are magnificent and untouchable… Have you ever visited mountains at sunrise? The sun paints the tops of the mountains with its colors and brings a unique atmosphere. Inspired by nature, I paint mountains using oil colors in semi-realistic and abstract styles. This painting was made using a palette knife and a specific technique that gives paintings a special sunrise feeling. The small and volumes strokes give the painting a unique picture and add a play of light that either light up or cast a shadow on the subject. It is magical.
