Inspired by the latest outrages that threaten our way of life no not Covid-19 but the words and actions of those who work against a proper response to the pandemic. This pop art styled painting mimics in a simplified manner past printing processes specifically those found in comics from the 1960's. The woman depicted presumably a health care worker raises her hands to her head in an unmistakable gesture of frustration. This is painted with acrylics on Baltic Birch plywood. It is not meant to be framed but to hang on the wall much like a single comic panel might be cut out and pasted into a scrap book. The edges are painted white and this simply hangs on the wall with two level nails provided by the owner. It is also coated with a semi gloss UV resistant coating. Artwork is 20" x 20" - a good medium size perfect for any office home or pharmaceutical dispensary.
