Artistic approach

I work from direct observation, reference photos for some commissions, and out of my own imagination and impressions that have manifested in my mind for works of art. All of my finished work is traditional oil on canvas w/ linseed oil. Nothing else. Many water colors explorations, as a way of loosening up and practice, happen in between as well.
