Biography

I am from Cuba. I studied graphic design at the University of Havana from 2001 to 2007. I took courses in landscape painting and after that I started doing exhibitions with the other artists. I have done 4 exhibitions in Cuba in 2002, 2004, 2007, 2010.

Artistic approach

An emotional and expressive approach prioritizes mood over realism. Instead of replicating nature exactly, the artist uses color, brushwork, and composition to convey a specific feeling—serenity, nostalgia, tension, or energy. Shapes may be exaggerated or simplified, and perspectives may become intentionally distorted to highlight the internal experience of the scene. This approach creates landscapes that resonate on a deep emotional level.
