Recently released form a private collection, Pink Dress Romance is part of a small collection of 2 paintings, reminiscent of the Romantic era. The artist was fascinated by the romanticism era as a child, listening, dancing, wearing down ballet shoes on Johann Strauss music. Sissi, Elisabeth of Austria, was the inspiration and it is no surprise to any of the artist's acquaintance that it made its way to a canvas.
