To 18 depicts the suffocating, almost as if drowning, feeling of becoming 18, becoming an adult. The walls represent the responsibilities and pressures on the young Vietnamese girl’s shoulders, while water is slowly coming up, covering a part of her body and all her childhood favorites: play ball, cubes,… The work weighs 0.5 kilograms, depth is 1.5 centimeters, is an original work with signature of the artist at the back of the canvas.
