It’s part of Indian traditional art. This type of paintings is generally hanged in historical palaces of India. (palaces of Rajasthan, India). I try to carry forward traditional method of drawing. Medium used: Water color on paper. Size of painting: 20’’x28’’ Time taken: It’s takes four months to do it. Method used: Wash technique: This is a traditional way to do water color painting on paper. In this method first painting is made with water color and then it’s totally washed with water. After washing it I repeat the all colors once again. It’s takes wash seven or more than seven times. After every wash I color it again. The purpose of this method is to remove the original color and have only stain of color on paper that’s make painting more durable and evenly colored. If anyone throw glass of water on it then also it will not have any effect because it’s already washed.
