Biography

I am a Victim of Identity Takeover, Social Insurance Number Fraud, and Account Takeover, as a result of the 2018 BMO Data Breach, where there is Real Risk of Significant Harm (RROSH).

My case was reviewed by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC), and pursuant to subsection 14(1) of PIPEDA, I have the option to apply to the Federal Court of Canada for a hearing in respect of the matters raised in my complaint.

Artist Statement:
