Trained at Emily Carr in graphic design in 1993.  Ive enjoyed many mediums including painting, illustration with pen/ink and scraperboard, ceramic arts and many more.  As a painter, I've enjoyed the evolution through controlled photo representational acrylics to its opposite - fluid watercolours. I now have two distinct styles.

The first are Emotional Landscapes. Evocative abstractions which ease the body, mind and spirit with palettes of colour that harness the interplay of resonant frequency and vibration in tune with your innate self healing and balance. Each speaks to the viewer on their own level. With their own interpretation. Most do not have a specified orientation. The viewer has the freedom to feel in to what resonates for them.

The second are Channeled Spiritual Art pieces. Working with higher frequencies to co-create activation art which stirs your inner remembering. They are completely fluid and I do not know the shapes or colours until I sit to create. Each contains  . They are a process of meditation, connection with spirit, channeled messages and then the creation of art which reflect that frequency of information in glyphs and light language (symbols which represent the connection and messages of source. Well hello, Im Tanya!  I’m a Canadian artist, healer and teacher. This profile is for my fine art watercolor paintings.   They are Emotional Landscapes. Abstracts which activate your innate sense of calm and balance. They combine intention with the resonance and frequencies of colour, shape and texture.  I paint with the emotional intelligence of water in a medium which can be encouraged, yet not controlled. Watercolours with depth, often unexpected saturation and shimmer with mica based paints. 

I channel messages and co-create with spirit.  Crafting their energy and light in to paintings and .  I release collections a few times a year and also have an open edition print selection.
