The Mountains Are Calling Have you ever just stood in awe at what your eyes just saw? Well, I sure did when I got to view this Nepal valley. The surprising part is how all these little multicolored houses are clustered together near the riverbank giving it such a colorful and lively look. The Mountains Are Calling - Is an acrylic on canvas piece of artwork. it is a four-panel piece with two panels of 16" height and 12" width on either side and the two central panels of 20" height and 10" width. It covers a area of 20" x 44" if placed close together, but I would suggest leaving a slight gap between the panels to enhance the view. This is a very beautiful landscape from the hills of Nepal. The land turns into a sanctuary of greenery during the few summer months that they get. The settlement on the banks of the river gives a feeling of being home in these magical mountains. Just running through all the alley ways laughing and enjoying the day with friends. Surprisingly I experienced the deja vu feeling when I was there. Could it be from a previous life??? Or was it my imagination, fascination for this mystical place, playing games with me??? Or maybe I was living there in some previous life, with my family and friends and then just slipped into another life??? Whatever it was I was completely mesmerized. I would like my viewers to be able to see the beauty of this artwork through the eyes of a nature lover and yearn to go and see this place, or rather this paradise.
