Biography

Je suis né à Rouyn-Noranda, en Abitibi.
Diplômé des Beaux-Arts de Montréal en 1976, j'ai poursuivi ma démarche en peinture pendant une dizaine d'années.
Avec l'arrivée des ordinateurs graphiques, je me suis spécialisé en infographie destinée aux tournages cinématographiques.
Depuis une trentaine d'années, j'intègre toutes mes expériences en photo, graphisme et impression numérique.

Artistic approach

J'ai toujours été inspiré par les matières, (feuilles mortes, rouille, usure du temps sur les objets) et j'essaie d'en tirer des images intemporelles qui peuvent avoir un intérêt esthétique.



I have always been inspired by materials, (dead leaves, rust, wear and tear of time on objects) and I try to draw timeless images that can have an aesthetic interest.
