Shedding old programming and peeling away layers of the ego is a deeply vulnerable process, much like standing fully naked—exposed, raw, and unguarded. It requires stripping away the false identities, beliefs, and societal conditioning that once provided a sense of security. In this state of openness, there is no mask to hide behind, no illusion to cling to—only the pure, authentic self remains. Though uncomfortable and unsettling, this process is also liberating, allowing for true transformation and a return to one’s essence, free from the weight of past conditioning.
