Started her journey while living in a barn with reno materials ready but forced to move from condemned property. She painted the wall boards while waiting to move, then brought her "walls" with her to a  small island off Vancouver Island. She collected as many paints as possible when in town then carted them up 100 steps, and started creating paintings and Sundancers. Having neighbour's that encouraged her work she found a love for mixmedias putting a mix of her favorite paints sparkles beads and whatever else she could find to add to her creations. Her beach scenes and flower pictures reflect her island style  colorful and magical, with lots of surprises including most of her art works  glow in dark with a  black light making them come to life. 

"I've always loved art that looks like it's popping out of the page and 3d anything. The colors I use are bright and beautiful with neon, metallics , and sparkly anything I absolutel  love texture more then most lol. I'm inspired by the beautiful islands I have lived on and the colorful peoples that are part of them. My world has been filled with a lot if loss living here as my friends and family have passed away from the epidemic that plagues our area, I try to fill my sad world with the brightest of colors and the joy of sparkles and gold turning everyday into a masterpiece instead of acknowledging the deep sad inside.  Make today your favorite one is how I try to live..."
