Biography

I began drawing as a young child and it progressed from there. My satirical drawings were an escape for me and I was always in another world… I was successful as an acrylic, abstract artist but am loving the exploration of alcohol inks. The layering and depth constantly takes you somewhere new until the final piece reveals itself. 

Artistic approach

I love bold, vibrant colour! I see something when a shape takes form with the ink that isn’t overly obvious to others. The tilting of the canvas at just the right time, and the layering of light ink on top of dark can completely detour my original idea.
